the kitchen had everything i needed for my stay.
The shared bathrooms had black mold so i found it quite dirty. the carpet on the stairs was also torn in places. It seemed hazardous. the owner didn't respond to my message regarding noise.

the family room had a comfy bed and its own bathroom. the shared kitchen had free tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. there was even corn flakes. tesco is super close by, its great.
the room floor was dirty.

the location was excellent and quiet. personnel was very helpful and even informed me using what's app, a considerate touch. i really appreciated the clear communication and how secure the building feels, it gave me peace of mind.
the stairs carpet is a bit worn, it is a little bit of a letdown for a place managed so well.

I liked the additional kitchen facilities. It had almost everything i needed. it was really convenient to have a fridge and a oven for preparing simple meals. the kitchen offered a good space .

The rooms are comfortable and clean. I felt welcomed and at peace. the bed had clean bedsheets. They felt fresh. clean towels were in the room, a simple thing but significant for my comfort.

the location is very close to a bus stop, it is just about a minute away. the 199 bus stop made travel simple and fast. enjoyed walks along the thames path nearby, it was scenic.

the kitchen was well-equipped, providing the essentials for a quick breakfast, convenient.
The cleanliness left much to be desired. The floor in the room was very dirty with dust, hair, and other debris. the shower room was also quite small. It had a toilet that did not fit the cuvette. the shower tray was stained and had poor drainage. It clearly needed better cleaning.
